Wild in Art Auction Account
By creating a Wild in Art auctions account and registering to bid at auction you acknowledge that Wild in Art will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice in order to:
- identify your account and communicate with you if you require support
- administer auctions and fulfil our contractual obligations in relation to any artworks and any auctions
- to carry out due diligence checks to comply with relevant legislation
- communicate with you by email about Wild in Art auctions and events
Wild in Art is committed to protecting your personal information and will not to do anything with your information you wouldn't reasonably expect. We will ensure that we look after your details responsibly. We don’t and never will sell or pass on any of your details to another organisation for them to use for their own purposes. In order to fulfil our contractual obligations, we may, however, use and need to share data with third party organisations to help deliver services on our behalf, for example shipping and delivery companies, partners collaborating on the auction, distributing our email newsletters or feedback questionnaires.
Your data will be stored and shared in accordance the UK General Data Protection Regulation and any other data protection legislation which may amend or supersede the GDPR.

Coraline's Curious Cat Trail Auction
By creating a Wild in Art auctions account and registering to bid at auction you acknowledge that Downtown Portland Clean & Safe, registered Non-Profit number 93-0923476, and OHSU Foundation will contact you about the Coraline’s Curious Cat Trail auction and acknowledge that Downtown Portland Clean & Safe and OHSU Foundation will process your personal data in accordance with their Privacy Notices for the purposes of administering the Coraline’s Curious Cat Trail auction.
As part of the registration process, bidders will be asked to provide credit card information to comply with our due diligence checks.
After the auction, Downtown Portland Clean & Safe and/or OHSU Foundation may get in touch with you using the contact details you provide to ask if you would like to hear more from them in the future.
